Mr. Zhao Jungui is Member of the Communist Party of China. He holds professional title of senior economist and bachelor’s degree. He successively served as Deputy Director of Department of Policies and Regulations, Ministry of Chemical Industry; Deputy Division Chief of Department of Enterprise and Public Institution Reform and Secretary of General Office, the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau; Section-Level Cadre of General Office and Deputy Division Chief of Department of Publicity and Culture, Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region; Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Secretary General of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. Zhao Jungui is currently Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
