Zeng Jian has long years of working experience in the  government agency, he served as executive deputy secretary of the Party Committee (bureau-level) in department under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, the deputy secretary of CPCIF Party Committee. Currently he is the Consultant of CPCIF, specially invited research fellow of the National Society for Party Building, and invited research fellow of the SASAC Research Center of the State Council, and Deputy Director of the Corporate Culture Expert Committee. He has been engaged in the supervision and management of state-owned assets and macro-management of enterprises for a long time and has a profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in economic management and party building and other aspects.
