Zhang Kaiyong, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1965, in XingPing City, Shaanxi Province. He is on-job postgraduate , senior engineer. Currently he services as the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (group) Co., Ltd.

Zhang Kaiyong has more than 30 years of work experiences in petroleum, petrochemical, and chemical construction industries. He have successively held the posts of Deputy GM, GM, Chairman, Party Secretary of Shaanxi Petroleum Chemical Engineering and Construction co., ltd.; Chairman of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Chemical Engineering co., ltd.; Chairman of Shaanxi Seed Industry Group co., ltd.; President of the Board of Yanchang Petroleum International limited; Deputy GM of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) co., ltd.; and Director of Shaanxi Yan 'an Oil and Gas co., ltd. 

He was awarded as National Model Worker of petroleum and chemical industry, National Outstanding Construction Entrepreneur, Outstanding Young Industrialist of Shaanxi Province, People of Creditability in Shaanxi Province, etc.
