Jiang Zhenghong

Mr. Jiang had served in Sinopec Group for more than 30 years. He served as assistant president of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company from May 1999 to September 2000, and served in several positions with Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Petroleum and Chemical Limited, including vice president from September 2000 to September 2001 and president from September 2001 to April 2006. Mr. Jiang served in several positions with Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, including vice president from April 2006 to September 2007, representative from September 2007 to March 2008, manager from March 2008 to December 2008 and president from December 2008 to August 2013. He served as director of enterprise reform management department of Sinopec Group from August 2013 to September 2017. He also served as vice president of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code:386; Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code:600028, and with American Depositary Receipts code SNP) fromSeptember 2013 to August 2017.
