Hu Guangfa

Mr. Hu Guangfa，born in 1962, was appointed as Chief Engineer of Yanchang Petroleum Group in November 2015. Mr. Hu is the vice chairman of The National Association of Province Chemical Industry Research Institute, assessment expert of State Science and Technology Prizes, assessment expert of National Torch Plan, committee member of China Fine Chemical Industry Committee, and vice chairman of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Chemical Industry. He was appointed as the committee member and standing committee member of the 10th and 11st Shaanxi CPPCC. In 2013, Mr. Hu was selected as the second tier talent of the Shaanxi 3-5 Talent Program, he was also elected as one of the Top Talents in Shaanxi with special government allowance in 2012.
