Alan Lu has 18 years of experience with petrochemical industry and he has taken multiple positions in the chemical division of IHS Markit including Chinese market leader for polyester, methanol value chains and the Chemical Consulting. Alan currently is the leader of China aromatics and fiber research team, and he is mainly responsible for the Chinese aromatics market research with a focus on the benzene, toluene, xylene and styrene value chains.
