As Principal Market Development PGM China, Mr. Liu Xiaoshuang is responsible for the business development of PGMs in the field of hydrogen energy and fuel cell. From 2017 to 2020, he worked in the China Society of Automotive Engineers as Director of the Fuel Cell Department, during which he participated in the preparation of the International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (IHFCA). Previously worked for Air Liquide as responsible for business development and category management.
