Christian Gückel

Christian Gückel, Vice President of Business Unit Catalysts, Head of Strategy & Marketing at Clariant, has over 20 years’ experience in the industry in different R&D and commercial roles.

Prior to his latest appointment, Christian was Head of Sales of BU Catalysts. He joined the Clariant as part of the Süd-Chemie acquisition, after joining Süd-Chemie in 2002, first in R&D and later in different commercial roles globally.

Christian received his PhD in metalorganic chemistry from the University of Munich, Germany.
