Jack Zhang

Jack Zhang, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University majoring in Electronic Engineering. Jack joined Horizon in 2014, served as the company's CFO from 2014 to 2019, and served as the company's CEO since 2019. Before Joining Horizon, Jack was Vice President of Haitong Creative Capital Management Co., Ltd., a private equity fund management company under Haitong Securities. Prior to that, he worked as an audit manager at KPMG , mainly providing audit and advisory services to some large multinational companies as well as large listed companies. Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA), China Certified Public Accountant (CICPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
