Director and Vice President of DMS CORPORATION. Certified Senior Project Manager in Information Systems and Member of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee.

He chaired and led the consulting and planning of the construction of information systems such as digital handover systems, project management, and digital plants for large-scale infrastructure projects of major engineering enterprises including PipeChina, PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field, SEI, China HuanQiu Contracting & Engineering Co., Ltd., and CPECC. He took the lead in drafting the "Specification for Digital Handover of Coal Chemical Project" and participated as an expert in the development of industry standards related to smart plants, such as the "Guidelines for Industrial Data Classification and Grading in the Oil and Chemical Industry" and the "Common Design Model and Reference Architecture for Smart plant in the Chemical Industry." He has rich practical experience in the consultation and construction of information systems related to digital delivery, project management, document management, facility maintenance management, digital plant, and smart plant. He was responsible for completing over 100 informatization projects for enterprises.
