Li Yongliang, Director of General Office and Deputy Director of Industrial Development Department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF), Senior Engineer, member of National Standardization Technical Committee for Carbon Emission Management (SAC/TC548), member of National Carbon Emission Statistical Accounting Working Group. He specializes in policy research, standard development, technology promotion, and carbon emission management capacity building in the fields of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization, energy saving and water conservation in the petroleum and chemical industries. He has undertaken the research and implementation of many important projects from national ministries and commissions, local governments, enterprises and institutions, and international organizations. Participated in the preparation of the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Reader for Officials organized by the Office of the Leading Group of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality and the Office of the Steering Committee for the Compilation and Review of National Cadre Training Materials.
