Limin is a senior executive with nearly 30 years of broad chemical industry experience having held a variety of  leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Projects, Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial management  and general management in Chinese, Multinational and Joint Venture Companies. More recent roles include CEO of ShyaHsin Group owned by Blackstone Group, a World leading plastics cosmetics packaging company,  the President of Infineum China (JV of ExxonMobil and Shell).  Earlier roles include Business Development at China National Chemical Engineering Company and Project Engineering, manufacturing and supply chain Management at Dow Chemical China and GE China.

Limin has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology and Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School.
