Dr. LIU is Vice President of WACKER China, responsible for HR, legal, IP, Public Affairs, Communications, etc.

Dr. LIU joined WACKER in 2005. Since July 2006, she has been working as Legal Affairs Manager of WACKER China in Shanghai. Since September 2011, she has been in charge of WACKER China's Public Affairs, responsible for communication with relevant government departments. In addition to Legal and Public Affairs, she has also been in charge of WACKER China's Communications since 2015, responsible for corporate brand promotion. In 2023, Dr. LIU has taken over WACKER China's Human Resources department, responsible for the company's HR development strategy, etc.

After studying law in China and qualifying as a Chinese lawyer, Dr. LIU went to Germany to study law in 2000, and obtained her LLM and LLD degrees in Germany.

Dr. LIU’s native language is Chinese, she is proficient in English and German, and has rich experience in cross-cultural management and communication.
