President of Arkema Greater China

Graduated from China Pharmaceutical University, Julie engaged in biochemical research and development at the China Academy of Medical Science before joining Elf Atochem (predecessor of Arkema) in 1994, where she began leading and supporting a number of investment and cooperation projects in China. Over the next 14 years, Julie held various business and management positions at both the headquarters in France and the Asia Pacific region, overseeing various product lines and business units in Asia Pacific.

In 2016, Julie was promoted to the Asia Pacific Group President for the High Performance Polymers Business Unit.

Julie is currently President of Arkema Greater China since 2021. She has extensive experience in the Chinese and international market. Her profound knowledge and exceptional leadership in the specialty materials industry contributed enormously to the growth of Arkema in Greater China and Asia Pacific over the past 20 years.

In March 2023, Julie was appointed as the Vice Chairman of Association of International Chemical Manufacturers (AICM), where she provides experience and expertise on climate change, energy efficiency, carbon reduction, sustainability, and other aspects.
