Xu Jingsheng

Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the High-end Specialty Chemicals Special Committee of CPCIF and an expert of the Chemical New Materials Special Committee of CPCIF.
 

Xu Jingsheng graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with a major in organic synthesis and has been engaged in information research and consulting for organic raw materials, fine chemicals, and new materials for a long time. Being a professor level senior engineer, she enjoys special allowances from the State Council.

Formerly served as the editor in chief of journals such as "China Chemical Information" and "Fine and Specialized Chemicals", deputy chief engineer and general manager of the consulting division of the China Chemical Information Center, deputy director of the National Chemical Energy Conservation Center, deputy chief engineer and chief technical advisor of the China Chemical Economic and Technological Development Center. Currently, he is the Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the High-end Specialty Chemicals Special Committee of CPCIF and an expert of the Chemical New Materials Special Committee of CPCIF.

She is formerly one of the creators of the national electronic and chemical materials' "6th Five Year Plan" to "9th Five Year Plan".

She also served as the Vice Chairman of the National Fine Chemical Raw Materials and Intermediates Industry Cooperation Group, Director of the Beijing Science and Technology Consulting Industry Association, Director of the Information Consulting Branch of the China Science and Technology Information Association, and Advisor to the China Epoxy Resin Industry Association. Since 2007, she has been employed as an Advisor to the China Investment Promotion Office of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and a member of the Green Industry Expert Committee.

She received the second and third prizes for scientific and technological progress from the former Ministry of Chemical Industry of China in 1994 and 1998; In 1984, won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Intelligence Achievements of the Ministry of Chemical Industry from 1981 to 1984; In 1998, won the second prize for excellent information achievements in the chemical industry system in 1998; In 2004, won two first prizes for excellent information achievements in chemical systems.

She has published multiple articles, and organized the writing of several books and materials. Over the years, She has personally completed, led, and approved over 1000 consulting projects, including government and enterprise research topics, park and enterprise planning reports, market research reports, project feasibility studies, enterprise competitiveness analysis reports, and proposed project evaluations.
