Mr. Huang Zhaohui, Senior Expert of Sinopec Group as well as the mananger of Science and Technology Devision of Sinopec Zhenhai Refinery and Chemical Company( ZRCC), He is a professor level senior engineer; Mr Huang was born in Long Shan, Hunan Province in November 1968 and has long engaged in petrochemical enterprise’s scientific and technological innovation, development planning and cooperation. He organized the R&D, design, construction and trial production of the bio-aviation coal industrialization plant of ZRCC.
