Graduated from China University of Geosciences, worked for China National Chemical Engineering Group Co., Ltd. Joined BASF in 2008, during which worked in emergency response and crisis management, product safety and regulations areas, served as Trade Control & compliance officer for China and Hong Kong.

Currently working in the sustainability operation team and meanwhile, taking the role of BASF Global Plastics Steering Committee coordinator representing Greater China, Main responsibility covered circular economy, carbon management and plastic related topics.
