She got Master's Degree on Chemical Engineering of Tianjin University at 2006 and worked as engineer in WISON Engineering Shanghai Company and had been worked on Ethylene Cracker constructing project on SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical. Then she transferred to Beijing and worked as director of oversea business and researcher of chemical regulations on China National Chemical Information Center. She has been working in CPCIF since 2013 and had organized and drafted the taskforce reports including Research and calibration of carbon emission factors & Energy Consumption, Consumption Tax Collection Mode of Refined Oil in Foreign countries and Suggestions for China, Carbon peak and Carbon neutrality International Practice Experience and Enlightenment. She edited and published some books such as Q&A on REACH Regulation, Best Practices on Collaborative Innovation, etc. As one of the key writers, she had published some books such as Defining the Future-Outlook of China Petroleum & Chemical Industry on 2030 & Beyond, Legal System of Chemical Risk Management etc.
