Deputy Director of the National Carbon Market Operation Center of Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange.

His main research areas include the design of carbon emission trading system, research on trading rules and regulations, trading market and risk control management, etc.

From 2015 to 2017, he served as the head of the trading management department of the Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, responsible for the trading organization and market management of the spot and forward business of the Shanghai pilot carbon market.

Since 2017, as a core backbone, he has participated in the building of China’s national carbon emissions trading system. After the launch of China’s national carbon market in 2021, he is mainly responsible for the national carbon market policy research , risk control management, etc.
