Long Feng, Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning, Associate Research Fellow，Ph.D.， director of Environmental Economics Office, director of The Center for Environmental Tax. She is mainly engaged in the research of environmental economics and carbon policies. As the project leader or technical leader, she has undertaken several national and provincial/ministerial level research projects. She has published more than 70 academic papers, 10 books, and written some internal references. Her scientific research achievements have won the third prize of the National Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award, the special prize and the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of All China Environmental Federation, and the China Soft Science Special Award for Policy Research.
