Yu Jie, Director of Product Certification at the China Quality Certification Center, Researcher, recipient of the 2023 'National May 1st Women's Model Worker' award. She serves as the Secretary-General of the National Technical Committee for Environmental Standardization of Electrical and Electronic Products and Systems (SAC/TC297), Vice Chairman of SAC/TC297/SC2 and SC3, Executive Secretary-General of the National Low Carbon Certification Technical Committee, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Carbon Emission Management Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC548), and Technical Expert of the International Electrotechnical Commission's Technical Committee for Environmental Standardization of Electrical and Electronic Products and Systems (IEC/TC111).

Under her leadership, the team has achieved over 20 significant international and domestic qualifications, promoting the establishment of China's national certification system. She has led and participated in nearly a hundred national and provincial-level research projects, including projects from the national 'Seventh Five-Year Plan,' 'Eighth Five-Year Plan,' all the way to the 'Fourteenth Five-Year Plan,' research topics from ministries such as the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, State Administration for Market Regulation, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, international cooperation projects, and the development of national and industry standards. The research results have received multiple national and provincial-level awards.
