Investment Director

Jenny Hua’s work experience includes investment banking in securities company and responsible for the capital market work of listed companies. From 2014 to 2019, she worked in CITIC Securities Co. Zhejiang branch and Investment Banking Department of Everbright Securities successively; Since 2019, she has worked as a Board Secretary, Investment Director at Jolywood co. Ltd, Pret co. Ltd, and Huitian New Materials.

Her main experience has been devoted to helping small and medium-sized enterprises connect with the capital market and obtain financing for SMEs. During the previous IB career, she’s been completed multiple projects involve A-share H-share IPOs, financial advisors, overseas spinoffs, SPOs, M&As, and listing on the New Third Board. The cumulative transaction amount of the projects she participated in is tens of billions.

In the listed company, She led non-public offerings, equity transactions, compliance governance, crisis public relations, and helped introducing a battery expansion project with a capacity of 16GW in Jolywood Co. Ltd (SZ.300393); She cooperated with the introduction of strategic investment institutions and conducted M&A of new energy battery enterprise in Pret Co. Ltd. (SZ.002324). Jenny established a systematic Investor Relationship and Investment Process system, introduced strategic investors in ICT and new energy industries through SPO, designed equity incentives under new regulations, helped the company implement buybacks in Huitian New Material (SZ.300041). Overall, she witnessed and achieved a market value breakthrough for the employer companies to 1-2 times.
