With more than 10 years’ experience in wind energy policy study and market analysis, Mr. Yu has deeply involved in Five-Year Plans of wind energy development in China, amendment of RE Law, Supporting Policy Framework for RE in Post Subsidy Era and other national and local wind policy system consultation. He was the team leader for the first research project on Development Strategy of Offshore Wind Power China in 2008. Now he also is working as a consultant for government agencies and financial institutions.
