Director of Foreign exchange and cooperation department, NCSC. National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker. In recent years, I have been mainly engaged in South-South cooperation on climate change, multilateral and bilateral exchanges, and support for green Belt and Road projects. I have hosted and participated in more than 70 commissioned projects from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Social Science Foundation, the China Association for Science and Technology, the Asian Development Bank and local authorities. In recent years, I have mainly led the research on the impact of China's industrial transfer on domestic carbon peaking in the Peak-Cutting Special Project of the Ministry of Environment, the research on low-carbon development paths for developing countries by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance, and the research on carbon neutrality policies in developed countries. I have also participated in the research on the key paths of green and low-carbon Belt and Road Initiative by the National Association of Cooperation and published relevant articles in People's Daily, Guangming Daily and other publications. |
