oined McKinsey & Company in 2006 and is currently a partner at the firm’s Shanghai office. Leading the operations service line for Oil & Gas and Chemicals at Greater China, and leading the Digital Capabilities Center (DCC) at Tsinghua University and a core leader in Greater China manufacturing & supply chain service line.

Prior to joining McKinsey, worked as a project consultant for Dell Computers (China). Previously, worked as a Senior Supply Chain and Operations Manager at a UTC China facility. Received his M.B.A. from Thunderbird (School of Global Management, Arizona, U.S.). Hold a Certificate of Corporate Finance from New York University and also a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.

In role of Oil & Gas and Chemicals operations service line leader, served leading oil & gas refinery, downstream petrochemicals and pharma players in multiple topics across value chain including: overall profit optimization, capacity expansion, production system building, procurement and supply chain improvement.

Supported CPCIF in radiating operations excellence and digital transformation; frequently participated in nation-wide industry conference as key speaker; regularly published articles in digital and operations topics
