Mr. Rudolf Scharping, CEO of Rudolf Scharping Strategic Consulting and Exchange Co., Ltd (RSBK AG), has extensive work experience in the political world and in the Sino-German economic cooperation. From 1998 to 2002, he served as the German Federal Ministry of Defense. Former he was the Chairman of the Social Democratic parliamentary group in the Federal Parliament, the Minister of the Rhineland-Palatinate, the President of the German Social Democratic Party, the President of the European Social Democratic Party, the President of the German Cycling Association, and the Visiting Professor of the Fletcher College of Tufts University, Massachusetts. In China, he was the economic adviser to the governor of Guangdong Province and consultant to some municipal governments in China.
