Liu Chang

Deputy General Manager of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd.

Liu Chang (born in August 1978), is a female assistant engineer in chemical technology who has a master’s degree. She began to work in August 1999 and previously served as a teacher at Huoshiling Middle School in Xingshan, a technician in the dimethyl sulfoxide workshop of Baishahe Chemical Plant of Xingfa Group, and director assistant, deputy director, deputy chief Engineer, director of Investment & Development Department, general manager assistant in Technology Center of Xingfa Group. She is currently Deputy General Manager of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group and Deputy Director of Hubei Three Gorges Laboratory. During the past 10 years of work, she has successively won the second prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Sinopec Federation Science and Technology Progress Award and possesses many national invention patents. In 2023, she won the title of March 8th Red Banner Model in Hubei Province.
