Zhang Baochun male, born in August, 1969 in Tianjin, CPC member, M.D., Senior engineer. He enjoys a special allowance from the State Council and is an expert in chemical cracking in the state-owned assets system in Tianjin. He has been awarded honors such as National Labor Model, Tianjin Labor Model, and Tianjin May 1st Labor Medal. he worked at Tianjin Dagu Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. From July, 1991 to May, 2010. In July 2017, he served as the general manager of Tianjin Bohai Petrochemical Co., Ltd.. Since November 2019, he served as vice general manager of Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. He has presided over the construction of the first domestic 600,000 tons-per-year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit, as well as a 500,000 tons-per-year styrene unit, and multiple sets of ethylene-based vinyl chloride and polyvinyl chloride units.
