DAI Liqi

Managing Director of Sinopec International Cooperation Department (Foreign Affairs Department and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office).

Mr. DAI Liqi studied chemical fibre at China Textile University from 1985 to 1989. In 1989, he joined the Polyester Factory of Tianjin Petrochemical Company and since 1994, he successively served as an engineer of the Mid-Downstream Extension Division, an engineer and then a senior engineer of the Project Cooperation Division of the Planning Department of China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec). Since 2002, he became Deputy Director of Project Cooperation Division and then Director of Domestic Project Cooperation Division of Sinopec Development and Planning Department.

In 2010, he was appointed as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Foreign Cooperation Office. In 2016, he acted concurrently as Deputy Director General of Sinopec Development and Planning Department and Director General of Sinopec Foreign Cooperation Office. In 2018, he began to serve as the Deputy Director General of Sinopec International Cooperation Department (Foreign Affairs Department and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office) and Board Director of Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (FREP). In December 2018, he served concurrently as President of SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (SSTPC) and Vice President of Sinopec Tianjin Company.

Starting from July 2023, he has been Managing Director of Sinopec International Cooperation Department (Foreign Affairs Department and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office).
