In April 2017, she served as the Chief Engineer of China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (CNCEC).
Previously, she served as Deputy General Manager of Sedin Engineering Co., Ltd. and Director of Strategic Marketing Department of CNCEC.
As the general technical director, she organized the implementation of a number of domestic modern coal chemical projects. Among them, "Harbin Yilan coal-to-gas project" won the National Gold Award for Excellent Design, "Yili Xintian coal-to-gas project" won the National Gold Award for Quality Engineering, and "Poly-generation technology with Sedin furnace" won the National Patent Silver Award. She organized the formulation of the medium and long-term sub-strategy of science, technology and industrial development of CNCEC, the "14th Five-year plan" for science and technology development, and drew the innovation-led development blueprint of CNCEC. She implemented the major national strategic decisions of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, and organized the formulation of the special implementation plan for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. She set up a company-level science and technology special project, organized and carried out the research and development of a number of key core technologies, such as adiponitrile, aerogel and POE. She built the overall blueprint of the "14th Five-year plan" for digital transformation of CNCEC, promoted the implementation of the digital transformation projects, explored the value of data, and empowered the fine management of CNCEC.
