Meng Qingsheng

Member of Party Working Committee and Deputy Director 
of Administrative Committee, China-SCO Local Economic 
and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area

Meng Qingsheng, male, born in 1973, a native of Qingdao, Shandong Province. He once served as the deputy director of the Administrative Committee of Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone; a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Huangdao District Committee; deputy governor of the Huangdao District Government; director of the Party Working Committee of the Qingdao West Coast New Area; and director of the Office of the CPC Huangdao District Committee. He has rich experience in foreign trade and economic cooperation, urban development and work at the community level. He is currently a member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Administrative Committee of the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area (SCODA), and has taken the lead in launching the construction of SCODA since March 20, 2020.
