Michael Zhu (Ming Yue) is honorable chairman of China Shanghai rare earth association, honorable chairman of China Shanghai rare earth production capacity development center, senior advisor of national development center of China state council on rare earth, senior advisor of China national rare earth association, expert of one belt one road program of China petrochemical association, and national senior advisor of UN industry development organization. 
Mr. Zhu has rich experiences on M&A and has held various senior positions including Country President of SOLVAY Great CHINA, RHODIA Country president of Great China, ASIA Pacific General manager and VP of Electronic and Catalyst GBU (rare earth), Vice Country President of RHODIA in Great China, General manager of Rhone - Poulenc Shanghai office and Eastern China office, and Chief representative of ICI (imperial Chemical Industry of U.K. ). Prior to that, Mr. Zhu worked in government bureaus including the local Chemical Bureau and the Economic Commission of the Central Government. 
Mr. Zhu has taken a wide range of social responsibilities held over time, including Vice Chairman of Multinational companies committee of CPCIF, Vice Chairman of AICM (Association of international Chemical manufacturers in China with more than 65 international Chemical companies’ memberships), Chairman of Chamber of Commerce of Xin ZHUANG Industry Zone where SOLVAY headquarters are located (409 members), and Chairman of Petrochemical and Chemicals and raw materials Committee of EUCC (European Union Chamber of Commerce in China).
Mr. Zhu holds MBA in Manchester University of U.K.
