Ms. Jianlu Wang joined Cinda Capital in January 2021 as a business director of the Agriculture Division, the latter manages the China Agricultural Industry Development Fund (CAIDF). The CAIDF was funded in 2012 by the Ministry of Finance, the Agricultural Development Bank of China, Cinda Asset Management Corp., and CITIC Group with the aim to aid agriculture modernization in China. 
Prior to joining Cinda Capital, Ms. Jianlu was a research analyst at Cinda Securities where she first started as a petrochemcial analyst and later became responsible for building and overseeing the company's research team in the food and beverage sector. Ms. Jianlu also worked at Dalian Yifang Group, a Chinese real estate operator, where she participated in several successful leveraged buyouts. 
Ms. Jianlu studied in Singapore and UK. She holds a B.Sc. in Economic, Politics and International Studies from University of Warwick, and a M.Sc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC.
