Chen Xuanchen, Director Assistant of Commodities Products Department of Guangzhou Futures Exchange, mainly in charge of development of Carbon Emissions Futures and Electricity Futures. 
Xuanchen graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has been dedicated to R&D and contract design of futures products for 10 years, including multiple commodity futures and freight futures.
