Graduated from China University of Petroleum (East China) with bachelor’s degree and East China University of Technology with master's degree, Wei Chuan has been engaged in the application and research of automation, information and intelligentization of petrochemical industry. Mr. Wei Chuan participated in the construction of CNPC’s first 10 million ton oil refining and million ton ethylene project (for Xinjiang Dushanzi Petrochemical plant), and served as the project manager of multiple first field application of domestic DCS in ten million tons of oil refining projects, million tons of ethylene projects and large scale coal to olefin projects, accumulating rich experience in automation, information and intelligentization project of petrochemical and new coal chemical industry. Mr. Wei Chuan also lead the development of multiple industry software in the field of intelligent control & optimization, process safety, etc.
