Zhang Zhen, female, PhD in industrial economics from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, is currently the director of China EV100 Hydrogen Committee, the president of Shandong Institute of Hydrogen Energy Technology, an observer of the National Hydrogen Energy Standardization Technical Committee, a member of the Shandong Provincial Expert Group of the "Hydrogen into Ten Thousand Homes" demonstration project, and a member of the Green Technology Assessment System Expert Tank of the 
Green Technology Bank Institute, etc.
She has engaged in policy research on hydrogen and new energy vehicle, national industry, local industrial planning and industrial ecology, and specializing in research, analysis and practice in industrial investment and financing.
