Graduated from East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST), as a senior engineer with over 30 years of experience in petrochemical production management, he has served various positions in Sinopec and BASF, such as production operation and management, economic feasibility analysis of new investment projects, value chain analysis and improvement, infrastructure and utility technology and economy of large petrochemical sites, joint venture contract structure development and negotiation, commercial procurement process development and procurement management, and operation optimization and digital development, accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in practice, and acquired good cross-cultural communication and team leadership and cooperation skills. He is now working in AEPW for striving to the enhancement of plastic waste recycling technology, and improvement of plastic waste leakage reduction and carbon emission reduction behaviors and is looking forward to the sustainable development of plastic whole life cycle and whole value chain.
