He is now General Manager of Jiangsu Shanyuan Technology Co.,Ltd., which mainly engaged in conductive additives for LIB based on new carbon material such as graphene, graphene modified cathode/anode materials used in lithium-ion battery.
He began to work in 2004. He has ever worked in Japanese company Toray from 2004 to 2016, responsible for R&D and technical management of new materials including graphene material. He has worked for Graphene company in Shanshan Group since 2017, responsible for the incubation and industrialization of graphene projects. And he has been introduced to Ningbo City as one of high-level talents in 2018.
Since 2007, he has been engaged in R&D and industrialization of graphene. He is an expert with deep understanding of new materials and substantial hands-on experience. He is familiar with carbon materials such as graphene, interface structure of materials, polyurethane chemistry. The projects cover yields of new materials (nano-carbon/ mesoporous silica, et al), clear energy (lithium battery, et al), functional coating and adhesive (polyurethane/ epoxy/ acrylic et al). He has applied for 40 invention patents, 5 PCT patents, which 36 invention patents are related to graphene material. And he has successfully incubated two graphene related companies.
