Zhong Ming is currently the secretary of the general party branch and deputy general manager of Guangxi Huayi Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd., a senior political engineer and a national registered safety engineer. He is mainly responsible for human resources, administration, safety and environmental protection, digitalization and other work of the company. He has successively served as the deputy director of gasification plant, director of methanol plant, manager of carbon one branch, manager of safety and environmental protection department, director of party committee office, director of general manager office, director of publicity department, director of people's armed forces department,etc. in Shanghai Huayi Energy and Chemical Co., 
Ltd. Since May 2021, he has been the secretary of the general party branch and deputy general manager of Guangxi Huayi Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd., and participated in the whole process of the trial operation and start-up of the first phase of the Huayi Qinzhou base project, and at the same time as the leader in charge of the digitalization work of Guangxi Energy Chemical Company. He is committed to building the company's digital plant, and is responsible for the construction of the intelligent plant of the Qinzhou project and the delivery work of digitalization.
