As a senior expert in Petrochemical Industry, he has been working in this area for over 35 years，mainly responsible for the science and technology, development, production, marketing and reforming of PetroChina refining and chemical business. He served as the Vice President of Lanzhou Chemical Industrial Company, President of Daqing Petrochemical Company, the Executive Director, Secretary and manager of Petrochina Refinery & Chemicals Company successively. Now he positions as the Vice President and Chief Engineer of Petrochina Co. Ltd., Deputy Director of Scientific and Technical Committee of CNPC, Director of Technical Committee of Refining, Chemicals and New Materials, as well as the Vice Chairman of CNPC Science and Technology Association.
