Dr. Lan Jianwen, male, born in November 1964, PhD of Management, Senior Engineer. Dr. Lan is Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co., LTD., He is also Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Yan'an Petroleum and Natural Gas Company.
He has successively served as General Manager of Qinling Cement Co., LTD, Deputy General Manager and Standing Member of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Building Materials Industry Co., LTD., Director and Secretary of the Party Committee of Yaoxian Cement Factory, Chairman of Qinling Cement Co., LTD., Chief Engineer and Deputy Director of Shaanxi Industry and Information Technology Department.
