Mr. Zhong once worked as Manager of the Crude Oil Department of Sinochem International Oil (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Director of the Crude Oil Department and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem International Oil Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of Petroleum Center of Sinochem Group, and Assistant President and Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Group. Mr. Zhong has rich experience in oil trading and corporate management. In April 2010, he won the honorary title of "National Model Worker".
At present, Mr. Zhong serves as Chairman, General Manager and Party Secretary of Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd.
