Mr. Liu jinping，master of Xi'an Jiaotong University, senior engineer. He serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, vice chairman and general manager of Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd., and the party secretary and chairman of Shaanxi Qinfeng Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu was honored as “Shaanxi May 1st Labor Medal” in 2018 and “Outstanding Contribution Person to Enterprise Culture Construction in Shaanxi Province” in 2020.  
As the general manager of Shaangu Group, he continuously improves the company's management level from the aspects of system and institutional mechanism reform, operation and management, technology R&D, intelligent manufacturing, capital finance and so on. Under his leadership, the “Shaangu Model” was continuously enriched and improved. By now, "Shaangu Model" has been written into the work report of Shaanxi provincial government for four times and been promoted by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for several times. And "Shaangu Model" is also cited in the book "Hidden Champions: The Pioneer of Future Globalization" by Hermann Simon (the father of " Hidden Champions"), which has continuously improved the brand influence of Shaangu.
