Li Guozhang

Chairman of the Board of Directors Xingfa Group Co., Ltd.

Li Guozhang, male, ethnic Han, born in Sep,1966,  Xingshan County, Hubei Province. A Senior Economist  with master degree. He is a State Council Special Allowance Expert, a member of the Communist Party of China, and a member of the 11th and 13th National People's Congress,  elected as delegate of the 20th CPC National Congress in June this year. He started career in October 1984. He is currently the secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Yichang Xingfa Group Co., Ltd. and the chairman of Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd.
In 2001, he was awarded 'Advanced Worker' by Hubei Provincial People's Government. In 2005, he was awarded 'Science and Technology Entrepreneur' by Hubei Science and Technology Entrepreneur Evaluation Committee. In April 2008, he won the 'May Day Labor Medal' by Hubei Federation of Trade Unions. In October 2008, he was awarded 'Excellent Science and Technology Worker' by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Science and Technology Association. In April 2009, he was awarded as a 'Model Worker' by Hubei Provincial People's Government. In 2010, he was awarded as 'Young and Middle aged Expert with Outstanding Contribution in Hubei Province' by Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hubei Province. In 2012, he was awarded as 'National Model Worker in Petrochemical Industry' by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the People's Republic of China. In 2013, he was awarded the title of 'Outstanding Contribution Entrepreneur' by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. In 2016, he won the 'National May Day Labor Medal' of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. In 2021, he won the first 'Hubei Outstanding Talent Award'.
