Mr. Rudolf Scharping, CEO of Rudolf Scharping Strategic Consulting and Exchange Co., Ltd (RSBK AG), has extensive work experience in the political world and in the SinoGerman economic cooperation. From 1994 to 2005, he served as the German Federal Ministry of Defense and former was the German Confederation. Chairman of the Parliamentary Social Democratic Party Committee, the Minister of the Rhineland-Palatinate, the President of the German Social Democratic Party, the President of the European Social Democratic Party, the President of the German Cycling Association, and the Visiting Professor of the Fletcher College of Tufts University, Massachusetts. In China, he was the economic adviser to the governor of Guangdong Province and consultant to some municipal governments in China.
