Andrei Fedotov is Permanent Representative of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) to the President of the Russian Federation – First deputy Prime Minister of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the board of directors of LLC Yurgel, Head of Interregional Inspectorate for Major Taxpayers of the Ministry for Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation No. 6, and Head of Central Commercial Bank and the First Deputy of Permanent trade Representative of Permanent Mission of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) to the President of the Russian Federation. In April 2020, he was awarded the Honorary degree “Honored Employee of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) National Economy”.
