Has been in the petroleum and petrochemical engineering construction trade for over 30 years. Deeply experienced in engineering and project management. Has made and is making significant contributions to the implementation of HQC’s globalization development strategy and to its realization of high quality development. Has  worked hard for decades on the front line of domestic and foreign projects. Participated and led the execution of over a dozen national key projects and of 29 overseas key projects in 23 countries and regions. Winner of “CNPC Prize for Outstanding Contributor to Overseas Oil & Gas Cooperation”. The Dushanzi Million Ton/year Ethylene Project he was the chief in charge received the honor of  “Hundred Classic Projects For the 60th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China”.
