Tao Wu, Professor of Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMMM), Vice President of Environment and Thermal Energy Professional Committee of Environmental Society of China and Founder of the Asian Society of Engineering Education.
Professor Wu has rich experience in R&D in the areas of new materials, clean energy, chemical and environmental protection and energy saving. His research outputs have led to patented technologies that have been commercialized. To date, he has engaged as PI and Co-I in more than 40 projects funded by various funding bodies. He has received around 10 awards for his contribution to the advancement of science and technology. In the past 5 years, Professor Wu published more than 100 papers in SCI/EI journals, half of which are ranked among the top 10%, and received more than 10 authorized patents.
