Mr. Li Xiaofeng is a senior partner of Dentons Beijing office, the leader of the Energy Industry and Mining Natural Resources Professional Group of Dentons China, head of the Dentons Natural Resources and Environment Professional Group. Mr. Li is currently a director of the Guangdong Oil and Gas Association. Mr. Li’s business focuses on energy and new energy, especially in oil and gas chemical, LNG, electric power (photovoltaic, hydropower, coal power, geothermal power, wind power, etc.), refining and related pipelines, docks, storage facilities and other infrastructure construction fields and industries, Mr. Li has rich experience in domestic and overseas investment, mergers and acquisitions, financing, capital markets, prospecting and development, dispute resolution and other legal services.
