●In 1995, Nicolas joined Air Liquide as a telemonitoring expert
●From 1996 to 1999, he was responsible for operations and industrial management in Johannesburg, South Africa
●From 1999 to 2002, he served as Product Manager for on-site plants of E&C in Paris
●From 2002 to 2004, he was Sales & Marketing Director of Air Liquide Indonesia
●From 2004 to 2008, he worked as Operations Control Director of South & South East Asia and French islands zone
●From 2008 to 2012, he was General Manager of Air Liquide Vietnam 
●From 2012 to Feb 2016, he served as Vice President of Operations Control & Executive Committee Secretary of Air Liquide Group 
●In March 2016, he started as Vice President of  South West Europe Cluster
●In September 2019, he takes on the role of CEO of Air Liquide China
 Positions outside of Air Liquide Group: 
●Before joining Air Liquide Group, he experienced with Matra Electronique (EADS) and Elf Serept (off shore rigs, Tunisia)
●He serves as Trade Advisor for “Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France”
